PAYMENT OF YOUR DEPOSIT CONFIRMS YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Deposit and cancelation
*50% deposit due on placement of order at least 5 working days prior to collection, deposit secures your booking and then balance due on or prior to collection
*Deposit are non-refundable although we can hold your deposit as credit on a future order
2.late orders-
*late order payments must be made in full on placement of order before the cut off time provided
*late orders may incur additional charges due to staff overtime which will be quoted
3.Delivery and Collection
*The cake risk passes to the customer the moment the cake has been handed over
*No responsibility whatsoever will be taken by us for any damages or deterioration of the cake due to unfavorable condition, transport or storage
*we advise you to drive very slow and keep an extra safe distance from the vehicle in front of you incase they suddenly stop
*your vehicle would need to be cooled, aircon is advised and place a cake flat on vehicle floor
Delivery
*delivery is subject to availability and charged per km round trip
*once the cake has been received and signed for at the venue cake risk passes to the customer
*full details must be given on date venue, time of delivery and contact number for person on site
*No responsibility will be taken by us for any damages or deterioration of the cake due to unfavorable conditions or storage at the venue
* Roads in poor condition can course damage during transport, Nnyatuheng bakery take no responsibility whatsoever for poor road conditions and damaged caused during transportation, we should be made aware at all times if conditions are not favorable so that extra precautions can be made to the best of our ability
4. storage
*Fondant cakes – cool room below 23C (NOT IN FRIDGE)
Cream cheese – store in Fridge
Butter cream cakes – cool room below 23C or in fridge
5.Best before dates
* your cake can be safely consumed for 6days from date of collection
